The service
Guildweb Online provides a mechanism for access to premium content on Australian independent websites. The subscription is for use of this access mechanism only. Premium content is entirely the responsibility of member websites, and we make no guarantee concerning its nature or availability.
Revenue distributions
Guildweb pays for premium content access through monthly distributions to the Australian bank accounts associated with member websites. Activity data will be calculated for each calendar month, and distributions will normally occur early in the next month. Ownership details provided at the time of distribution will be considered authoritative, and it is the responsibility of the member to ensure that bank details are provided to enable payment.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve payment problems, such as transaction errors or insufficient account information, before the monthly distribution for the following month. If payment problems are not resolved before the following distribution, undistributed funds may be returned to the common pool of distributable revenue. Undistributed allocations will not be held for multiple months.
Goods and Services Tax
Members registered for GST are asked to provide their ABN. Distributions for these members will include an additional 10% GST allowance, and a Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) will be issued as part of the payment receipt.
Trial period
During the trial period 20 February to 20 Apr 2026, the service may be subject to interruptions and technical difficulties, and member content may be minimal for some time. We will be working to get the network up and running smoothly as quickly as possible.
Subscriptions and acceptable use
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance after the first month. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. As a Subscriber or Member, you agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape protected content, or interfere with the operation of participating sites.
Changes & law
We may update the terms and modify the service. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notification. This service is governed by the laws of Western Australia.
